Dispatch, freight bills and driver payon one schedule.

A load is dispatched, a freight bill goes out and a driver gets paid, sometimes across several states. Encarmo runs dispatch, invoicing and driver payroll from the same schedule, with optional advances on delivered loads when payment cycles get tight.

Free freight accounting and carrier billing forever. No per-truck fees.

Two honest paths

What logistics and trucking actually need, and what they don't.

Run in pieces, dispatch lives in one tool, freight bills in another, driver pay is worked out separately for each state a driver crossed, and the gap between delivering a load and getting paid is bridged by waiting.

Running it in pieces
Dispatch in one tool, freight bills in another
Paperwork delays that hold up broker payment
Driver pay worked out by hand for each state
Cash tied up in delivered loads for 30 to 60 days
Fuel and tolls disconnected from load revenue
Per-mile profit a delayed guess
Running it in one system
A dispatched load becomes the freight bill
Rate con and BOL attached to the invoice
Driver pay calculated from the same route data
Advances available on delivered, unpaid loads
Fuel, tolls and pay linked to each load
P&L per lane and truck in real time
How it works

Four steps to streamlined freight operations.

1
Dispatch the load
Assign the load, rate confirmation, driver and equipment on the visual dispatch board.
2
Generate the freight bill
Turn the completed dispatch record into a freight invoice with the BOL attached.
3
Access load capital if needed
Request an advance on a delivered, unpaid invoice to cover fuel and operating costs.
4
Run driver settlement
Calculate mileage, hourly or percentage pay and pay drivers by direct deposit.
What is included

Fleet accounting and dispatch on one platform.

Why it is still one system

Dispatch to paycheck to cash in hand, one record.

A load dispatched from the board generates the freight bill, and driver pay is calculated from the same route data.

Scheduling + Invoicing
The completed dispatch record becomes the freight bill, with the rate confirmation and BOL already attached, so it goes out the day the load is delivered.
No more billing delays after delivery.
Scheduling + Payroll
Miles and hours from dispatch records feed driver settlement.
No more settlement sheets by hand.
Invoicing + Working Capital
Delivered, unpaid freight bills can be advanced for a flat fee.
No more waiting out Net 45 to buy fuel.
Accounting + Fuel
Fuel, tolls and maintenance post against loads, lanes and trucks.
No more guessing per-mile profit.
Payroll + Accounting
Driver pay posts to the ledger against the loads it was earned on.
No more separate payroll books.

How do load advances work?

Qualified carriers can advance up to 90% of a delivered, unpaid freight invoice, typically within 24 hours. When the broker pays, the balance is released minus a flat fee. Advances are subject to approval.

Can I pay company drivers and owner-operators?

Yes. With Payroll, W-2 company drivers and 1099 owner-operators are paid by mileage, hourly rate or load percentage, from dispatch records.

Can I attach rate confirmations and BOLs?

Yes. Rate confirmations and bills of lading attach to the freight bill, along with accessorial line items.

Is there a per-truck fee?

No. Power units and loads are unlimited, and no module charges per truck or per user.

Do I have to use Working Capital?

No. Advances are optional and only used when you request one on a delivered invoice.
