Real businesses.
Real numbers. Real switch.
See how agencies, wholesalers, clinics, and manufacturers replaced their disconnected tools with Encarmo — and what changed in the first 90 days.
Nine stories. Nine different businesses.
"A won deal raises an invoice in one click. Our average days-to-payment dropped from 38 to 19 in three months."
"Leave approvals block the schedule automatically. I haven't had a single conflict in four months."
"Stock updates instantly across every channel when anything sells. End-of-month reconciliation doesn't exist anymore."
"Clients book themselves. We get the confirmation, they get the reminder, and no-shows have dropped by about a third."
"Encarmo's onboarding workflow has the person ready in payroll before their start date. We've onboarded 22 people. Not one missed payslip."
"'Which clients are most profitable net of hours spent?' I used to spend a morning on that. Now it's a filter click."
"I track leads, manage my pipeline, raise invoices, and see revenue against targets — from the same dashboard."
"Real-time inventory updates meant we stopped overselling completely in the first week. I haven't manually created a PO in four months."
"We updated three salaries last month. I did it once in HR. Payroll ran correctly without anyone double-checking it."
The pattern holds regardless of industry.

A few things worth knowing.
Want to share yours? If Encarmo has changed how your business runs, we'd genuinely like to hear about it — and feature it here.
Are these real customers, or composite examples?
Every story is based on direct customer feedback collected through reviews, interviews, and support conversations. Names, roles, and company details are accurate to what customers have shared publicly or given us permission to publish.
Why do some numbers use words like “about” or “roughly”?
Because that's how the customer described it to us. We'd rather quote a business owner saying “around a third fewer no-shows” accurately than manufacture a falsely precise figure. Where a customer gave us an exact number, we use it exactly.
Can I talk to a reference customer before I switch?
In some cases, yes. A number of customers have agreed to take reference calls from prospective businesses in a similar industry or size. Ask your onboarding contact or mention it when you book a demo, and we'll see who's available and willing.
